Taps (Flick Mixer and Two-Tap Servicing)
What They Do:
Taps control the flow of water in sinks, basins, and other fixtures. Flick mixers allow for single-handle control of hot and cold water, while two-tap systems have separate controls for hot and cold.
When They Fail:
- Dripping or leaking taps
- Difficulty in controlling water temperature or flow and taps are hard to turn on and off
- Increased water usage and waste
Our Recommendations:
- Servicing every 2–5 years to maintain smooth operation
- Replace worn washers, cartridges, and seals to prevent leaks
- Upgrade older taps for better water efficiency and performance
