Easy Filter Cartridge Replacement
To keep your water tasting its best, filter cartridges need replacing every 6 to 12 months, or sooner if you notice the water flow dropping or the taste and smell returning.
Most cartridges are designed to be changed easily at home, so there’s no need to call a plumber each time. When we install your water filter, we’ll show you how to change the cartridges and let you know which ones to order. Prefer us to take care of it? We’re happy to replace them for you.

Do you install under-sink water filters, or only whole-house systems?
We install both. It depends on what you want. A whole-house filter gives you filtered water at every tap and shower, while an under-sink filter gives you filtered drinking water in the kitchen. We’ll help you choose the right one for your home.
Can I install a water filter at the same time as replacing my water pipes?
Yes. A water renewal and a water filter do two different jobs, but together they’re the gold-star option for your home. Doing both at once means less disruption and one visit from the plumber.
Can you install a water filter brand of my choice?
Yes. We recommend Aquastream, but we’re happy to supply and install a brand of your choice.
How do I replace my water filter cartridges, and do I need a plumber?
In most cases you don’t need a plumber. Aquastream recommends replacing cartridges every 6–12 months, or sooner if water flow drops or the taste or smell returns. Changing them is a simple DIY job using Aquastream’s instructions; for quick-change under-sink filters it’s about as easy as changing a light bulb. If you’d rather not do it yourself, we’re happy to replace them for you.
How long does it take to install a full-house water filtration system?
There are a few factors however we can generally have you up and running with fresh, filtered water in around half a day.
